This Privacy Policy explains what information AthlOS collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using AthlOS, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and role (athlete or coach) when you sign up, either directly or through Google or Facebook sign-in.

Profile information: sport, position, school or club, level, and profile photo — anything you choose to add to your profile.

Content you post: posts, photos, comments, replies, likes, and reactions you share on the platform.

Payment information: if you sign up as a coach, subscription payments are processed by Stripe. AthlOS never sees or stores your full card number.

How We Use Your Information

To create and operate your profile, power the community feed, and connect athletes with coaches searching for their sport and position.

To send you account-related emails, such as welcome messages or important updates.

To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing & Third Parties

We don't sell your personal information. We work with a small set of trusted providers to run AthlOS: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (secure storage for photos and media), Stripe (subscription payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting).

Your athlete profile is visible to any signed-in user through search and Discover, by design — that visibility is the point of the platform. Coach profiles are private except to the coach themselves.

Cookies & Sessions

AthlOS uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your Rights

You can review and edit your profile information at any time from your account.

You can delete any post or comment you've made.

You can request that your account and associated data be deleted by contacting us — see below.

Children's Privacy

AthlOS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
